Very nice people. Excellent attention to detail. While laundering several shirts, they found one with a little tear. They called us and offered to fix it, which we gladly accepted. The repair was done well and they charged very little. Also, I dropped off shirts on Friday and they were all done by Saturday morning -- in time for me to pack fr a trip. Perfect!!

CAUTION - they will ruin your clothes!!!  I brought a white blazer in (photographed shortly before).  When it came back grey they insisted it was beige and they don't make mistakes.  Further they accused me of trying to scam them for money by claiming I had a white a blazer.  I contacted the Better Business Bureau and the cleaners refused to respond.

Even though they don’t deserve their name at all, I took four of my designer scarves to a so-called “professional” cleaners to be cleaned. Each scarf had no more than one or two stains. They called me and asked, “Did you wash your scarves in a washing machine? They’re wrinkled.” What a ridiculous question—if I were washing them in a machine, why would I even take them to a professional cleaner? They told me they’d do their best to fix the problem and wouldn’t charge extra.

When I went to pick up my scarves, I asked to see them before paying. I had a reason for this: I had previously taken a white cardigan to them, which I handed over spotless, only to get it back covered in yellow stains. Despite that, I paid for the service. This time, they said I couldn’t see the scarves unless I paid first. I refused, saying I wouldn’t pay without seeing them.

When I finally saw the scarves, I was in complete shock. They all had massive yellow stains, like rust marks, that weren’t there when I handed them in. On one scarf, I counted more than 10 stains. I’ll share the photos one by one. The white scarf, which was brand new, also had yellow stains. The gray scarf, the oldest one, had no stains when I handed it in. The pink scarf was in the worst condition—covered in so many stains that they had even spread to the fringes, causing them to stick together. The stains were clearly caused by something from their machines—rust or another substance. It was obvious from the condition of the scarves, which you’ll see in the photos.

Can you believe they weren’t even sorry? The owner’s words were worse than the condition of my scarves. In front of my children, they accused me of lying. Then they pointed to my children and said that I wasn’t raising them properly and that I should set a better example—all while my kids were listening. It was a horrifying experience from every angle.

I absolutely do not recommend this business. I will file complaints about them on every platform I can. Their only concern was getting their money, and they got it.

Additionally, I’d like to point out that, likely because of their cameras, they were putting on an overly polite act. But if you had heard the way they spoke to me, you wouldn’t believe it. What a nightmare!

Terrible experience.  The son, John, has zero patience.  You drop off clothes 15 minutes before the close.  He has attitude with his behavior.  “I understand you get off work late. But I have places to go”. When I called him out on his rudeness, I was going take business elsewhere. He refuses to clean the items already there.   I had a similar experience with his father.  As I told him, you don’t want to work there - DO NOT SERVICE THE COMMUNITY.  I feel sorry for the mother who owns the place.  She is really nice and provides good service.  But it’s her son and her husband.  Both are rude.  Honestly, this business will suffer.

A male employee hit my car door against their brick wall when he went to hang my clothes in. I heard something and asked him and said, “i don't see any damage”. I trusted him and left but came to find out when i parked, he did some damage. I don’t think it is worth the time and hassle but beware. Needless to say, after many years, i won’t be back here.

Went here for some dress tailoring (just a hem). On the phone I was told 65-75 per dress, however in person it ended up being 100-120 for each of my dresses. Generally feel upset because I drove a far distance to come here and they did not honor prices over the phone or even anywhere near what was told to me, they did do a beautiful job on the dresses - however I will not be returning

I recently brought 5 items to Esquire - 2 shirts, 2 slacks, and a jacket. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find all my items crammed into a single dry cleaning bag. This resulted in fuzz from the jacket transferring onto one of my shirts, and none of the garments looked freshly pressed.  When I called to express my concern, the staff member insisted that using one bag is their standard practice, regardless of the number or type of items. While I understand the desire to minimize cost/waste, this approach clearly affected the quality of the cleaning and pressing. I hope the team will reconsider this practice and consider using separate bags, especially when handling delicate or lint-attracting items.

My husband picked up cleaning today that had several wool and cashmere sweaters and they were all shrunk several sizes and completely ruined.   Use them as if you want to throw away your money.

This place seemed to be good at first but they burnt some of my clothing and didn't want to replace the items. They tried saying that it was stained but there is an obvious difference between a stain and a burn. The burn marks were on several pieces if clothing and all the same color, some even had holes burned in them. I am a fair person so I confronted them to reimburse me for the items but they started getting irate. The price of the clothing was more than the price to have them cleaned. I am advising you not to go to this place. These people do not need to be in business if they can't take responsibility for their mistakes.

It’s a good convenient cleaners next to me but.. they need to work on there customer service. Why do you need to text me every week that my clothes are ready and I need to pick up. That’s completely unnecessary and then when I pick up my clothes the agent at the front desk was not cordial at all. Phone number!! Hi how are you would have been nice. The only reason I give a three is because my clothes came out great and the zipper is fixed on my dress and the First Lady who took my clothes in was really nice. But I won’t be back I’ll find another one.

This has been the worst dry cleaner we’ve ever used in Georgia. It appears they don’t even use any real cleaning agents—just press the clothes and return them as-is. We’ve given them multiple chances, even returning garments with the same stains still on them, but they were never properly cleaned. Their service is careless, untrustworthy, and feels like a complete scam.

Did a horrible on my white Ralph Lauren two piece sets. I dropped off 3 RL outfits. There is lint in my items makes me think these were not steam cleaned and more so washed and dried with other clothes that were not mine. I’m so upset and disappointed I even stopped here. I was specific about my services and asked for them to be steamed and pressed. Not washed with other peoples clothes. Handled with care as they are pure white and one fit is pure cream.

I took my queen size blanket to them to get cleaned because the blanket is huge and my washer and dryer can't handle it. My experience was alright... The blanket came back clean and in same condition so that was alright... The problem is that they advertise "Same Day Service" yet it took them 4 days to get it taken care of. I'm not so familiar with price comparisons, but they said normally they would have charged me $25 to have it cleaned, but they only charged me $20 because "it was my first time".. In general, I will probably go back to this place with it again because the reviews for the other surrounding places are absolutely horrible, but I would prefer a different place that would be able to give me faster service because 4 days during cold Fall nights without my warm blanket is not desirable...

By far the best dry cleaner in town. My family has been coming for years and even when we moved out of the area, we still make the 30 min drive here; it’s that worth it. The best customer service, they actually care about you and remember all of their customers. Super quick turn around and they care a lot about the service they provide, which really translates to the quality of the work they do. Would recommend them to anyone!!

I am greatly disappointed in K&B Cleaners. I only used them twice, and for good reason. I had dropped mu second load when picking up my first. If I had seen what they did to my pants I would have never taken them the other load.  They put a hole in my pants, and were not willing to do anything to pay me back for the damage they did. They wouldn't even admit to doing the damage and ruining my pants.
